Accomplished Project Manager Janek Pawlik

Janek Pawlik is an experienced project and operations management professional. He has worked with a number of American companies over the course of his career, including Siebel Systems in Chicago and Federal-Mogul Corporation in Southfield, Michigan. Prior to relocating to the United States, Janek Pawlik spent time as a William Davidson Institute Fellow at Whirlpool Europe B.V. in Comerio, Italy. His accomplishments in this role included achieving a 30 percent market share for Whirlpool and implementing a framework for identifying the developmental stage of various consumer-goods markets in transitional economies.

Mr. Pawlik studied industrial engineering as an undergraduate at Kettering University, during which time he authored his thesis dissertation on materials management improvements made at the General Motors St. Catharines engine plant in Canada. After receiving his bachelor of science, he continued his education in a master of industrial engineering program at Purdue University, where he also functioned as a scholarship teaching assistant and was named Teaching Assistant of the Year by the industrial engineering student body. Mr. Pawlik completed his education at the University of Michigan, earning an MBA with high distinction.
